Vivien Lau joined JASG in November 2021. Prior joining JASG, she held dual roles as Executive Director of HACTL and Managing Director of HACIS overseeing all commercial and business development in HACTL Group for 9 years. Vivien first joined parent company the Jardine Matheson Group as an Executive Trainee in 2000, and has held various managerial positions. She has worked in aviation-related business for over 15 years, including ground handling services, air cargo and logistics.

Dave joined the Group for over 30 years, of which 13 years in Marketing, 8 years in Support Functions (e.g. Planning, QA, Safety, Risk Management, Training etc), 1 year for Overseas Project and 8 years in Operation and still going on. Full of changes in his career journey and he is still learning every day!

Dino has 25+ years of management experience with the company. He started as a Duty Manager in 1997. Six years later, he worked in Business Development for 14 months before moving on to look after Flight Operations, Load Control. In 2018, Dino took up his current role as the Director & General Manager - Ramp and Cargo Services after heading the Passenger Services units for 12 years.

Irene joined JASG in September 2023 as Head of Human Resources. Irene brings with her a wealth of experience in HR management gained from her HR business partnership roles of international F&B and retailers in Hong Kong and in the Greater China. As a member of the management team, she leads the Human Resources function, focusing on developing talent strategies, and driving HR development in a diverse environment.

Teresa Chan has over 20 years of experience at JASG and held a number of finance roles prior to her appointment as Finance Director in January 2021. She possesses extensive experience in auditing, accounting and financial reporting, leading the Finance and Procurement team to drive business growth and efficiencies.

Vincent is a seasoned digital transformation leader. Before joining us on 1 September 2022, he worked at the HK finance regulator, leading core strategic projects and harmonizing operation processes throughout the digital transformation journey. He is no stranger to the airport community, where he had spent more than ten years in the world-class air cargo terminal in HK, overseeing mission-critical IT applications and projects, including the transformation of legacy systems and implementation of game-changing solutions, creating competitive advantages in feeding the needs of air cargo terminal operations.

Simon joined JASG in May 2019 as Deputy General Manager of JASG. Before joining us, he worked in Air China group. He had extensive experience in flight dispatching, service management, and ground handling service.
