IATA Course Fee Policy
1. Member Discounts
Non-IATA members need to pay the full course fees. Members of the following organizations are eligible to member prices:
- IATA Member Airlines
- IATA Strategic Partners
- ICAO Members - National Aviation Authorities
- Airport Authorities, Airport Operators and ACI Members Ground Handling Partners (previously IGHC Members) GSSA Members (Non-Airline Cargo General Service and Sales Agent) Accredited Travel and Cargo Agencies ATC and ATS employees
- Ground Handling Partners (previously IGHC Members) GSSA Members (Non-Airline Cargo General Service and Sales Agent) Accredited Travel and Cargo Agencies ATC and ATS employees
- Ground Handling Partners (previously IGHC Members)
- GSSA Members (Non-Airline Cargo General Service and Sales Agent) Accredited Travel and Cargo Agencies ATC and ATS employees
- Accredited Travel and Cargo Agencies ATC and ATS employees
2. Developing Nations
Organizations and/or individuals with their billing address in a developing nation are eligible for the reduced Developing Nations (DNA) price as stated on each course page. Please see the list of DNA countries/territories: https://www.iata.org/training/Pages/pricing.aspx
IATA Course - Early Bird Discounts
In addition to Member Discount or Developing Nations Discount, you can have an Early Bird Discount upon registration and all course fees paid:
1. Register 3 months or more before the start date and receive a 20% discount.
2. Register between 3 months and 3 weeks before the start date and receive a discount of USD 100.

Eligible applicants may apply for refund of 80% of the fees after completing approved courses (subject to a maximum of HKD18,000), under the Professional Training and Examination Refund Scheme (ProTERS) of the Maritime and Aviation Training Fund (MATF). Further details can be found online at
