Baggage delivery is a critically important part of any airport operation and as the volume of passengers through Hong Kong International Airport grows, we have had to find innovative yet cost-effective ways to improve its baggage handling processes. We are invited to showcase our latest baggage handling innovations at the Smart Airport – Technovation Conference and Exhibition this year. This event is also an effective platform for airport community to exchange ideas to improve passengers' experience.
